Grape: Corvina and Corvinone 70% – Rondinella 20% – Croatina and others 10% Age of vineyards: 7 – 10 years
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then cryomaceration takes place at a temperature of 7°C – 8°C for 12 – 18 hours.
Tasting notes: A clear ruby red wine. Fairly intense and complex with perceptible vinous notes and hints of ripe red berries.Â
