Las GundiƱas was planted in 1910 on clay intermixed with some limestone (uncommon in Valtuille) ā¢ Mostly MencĆa with some Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet), Bastardo (Trousseau), and a relatively high percentage of DoƱa Blanca ā¢ Fermented with whole clusters and a long post-fermentation maceration ā¢ raised for one year in used 225L and 500L barrels ā¢ bottled without fining or filtration
